These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Rowanstone website located at www.rowanstone.org, as well as participation in Rowanstone’s diagnostic services. By accessing the website or using Rowanstone services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Website

The Rowanstone website is provided for informational and professional communication purposes. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the operation of the site
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Interfere with other users’ access to the website

Rowanstone may suspend or restrict access to the site if misuse is detected.

2. Rowanstone Diagnostic Services

Rowanstone provides institutional diagnostic services designed to help leadership teams understand structural dynamics within their organizations.

A standard Rowanstone engagement includes the deployment of a structured diagnostic survey, analysis of aggregated responses, preparation of an institutional diagnostic report, and a leadership briefing summarizing findings.

3. Engagement and Payment Terms

Diagnostic engagements are established only through a written engagement agreement between Rowanstone LLC and the participating organization.

• The engagement fee for the Rowanstone diagnostic is $10,000.
• Payment is due prior to the launch of the diagnostic survey.
• Once the survey has been launched and data collection has begun, engagement fees are non-refundable, as analytical work is already underway.

4. Advisory Nature of Results

The Rowanstone diagnostic provides analytical observations intended to assist leadership teams in understanding organizational dynamics. Findings are advisory in nature and are not intended to constitute:

• Legal or Financial advice
• Regulatory compliance guidance
• Human resources or employment law advice

Organizations should consult appropriate professional advisors before making decisions based on diagnostic findings.

5. Intellectual Property

All Rowanstone frameworks, methodologies, and content are the intellectual property of Rowanstone LLC. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or incorporated into other products without prior written permission. Diagnostic reports are intended for internal organizational use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rowanstone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or participation in diagnostic services. Total liability shall not exceed the engagement fee paid for those services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the District of Columbia.
