Diagnostic Participation & Confidentiality Notice

Please read this notice before completing the Rowanstone Structural Review survey.

By proceeding with the survey, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms described below.

Section 1

Purpose of the Survey

The Rowanstone Structural Review is an institutional systems assessment designed to help organizational leaders understand how their institution is functioning across ten core factors: Signal, Flow, Structure, Authority, Execution, Incentive, Integrity, Memory, Adaptation, and Continuity.

The survey is administered on behalf of your organization's leadership. Its purpose is to surface structural patterns and systemic conditions — not to evaluate individual performance or produce personnel assessments.

Section 2

Confidentiality of Your Responses

Your individual responses are confidential. Rowanstone does not report individual survey answers to your organization's leadership, board, or any other party.

All findings are aggregated and reported at the institutional level. No response is attributed to a specific participant unless you have provided explicit written permission for attribution.

Rowanstone does not share individual responses with your organization's leadership, executive team, or board under any circumstances.

Section 3

Minimum Reporting Threshold

To protect respondent anonymity within each tier (Board, Executive, Operational), Rowanstone applies a minimum reporting threshold. Subgroup results for any tier with fewer than five respondents are not reported separately — they are folded into aggregate analysis only.

This threshold ensures that no individual response can be identified through process of elimination, even within small teams or governance bodies.

Section 4

Access to Your Data

Raw survey data is accessible only to authorized Rowanstone personnel directly involved in your organization's engagement. Access is restricted by role and is not shared externally.

Rowanstone does not sell, license, or share your survey responses with any third party. Your data is never used to train artificial intelligence models or external benchmarking systems.

Survey data is stored on secure, US-based infrastructure with encryption at rest and role-level access controls. Data is retained for twelve months from the close of your organization's engagement and deleted upon request or at the end of the retention period, whichever comes first.

Section 5

Use of Findings

Findings from your organization's review are reported at the institutional level and are intended exclusively to support leadership reflection, governance improvement, and organizational development.

Rowanstone's analysis constitutes advisory observations only. It does not constitute legal advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or any form of professional certification or compliance determination.

Section 6

Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Rowanstone survey is voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or discontinue participation at any time without consequence. Partial responses are not attributed to you individually.

If you have concerns about participation, you are encouraged to raise them with your organization's leadership or contact Rowanstone directly before proceeding.
